Malay Shah

Malay Shah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Malay is currently working as an Operations Excellence Lead at THE ICONIC since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as GM Operations at Tortuga Ventures from December 2021 to October 2022. From October 2018 to November 2021, Malay held the position of Head of Strategic Planning at Amazon. Malay also worked at Cerebos / Kraft Heinz as the Head Of S&OP ANZ from June 2010 to September 2018. Malay's earlier experiences include working as a Supply Chain Manager at Haier, a Business Consultant at Demand Management, Inc., and an Inventory Manager at Orica - Bronson & Jacobs.

Malay Shah completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Technology Sydney from 2003 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Sydney University, which was completed in 2005.
