Richelle Risi has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Richelle is currently working as a PMO - Project Analyst for THE ICONIC since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior IT Service Delivery Analyst at BPAY from 2020 to 2022. From 2017 to 2020, Richelle worked as a Business Analyst for the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD). Richelle also briefly worked as a Health Information Services professional at Chris O'Brien Lifehouse in 2017. Before that, Richelle served as a Service Desk Manager at Chandler Macleod Group from 2016 to 2017. Richelle worked at The NRMA from 2014 to 2016, first as an ICT Service Manager and later as a Senior IT Process Analyst/Document Writer. Richelle's earlier experiences include roles at GrainCorp as an Application Support Team Lead from 2013 to 2013 and as a System Administrator from 2007 to 2013. Richelle started their career at Deutsche Bank, where they worked as an IT Helpdesk Manager/IT Helpdesk Analyst from 1999 to 2004.
Richelle Risi enrolled at SIT - Ultimo Campus in 2000 and completed a Information Technology Cert III program. From 2013 to 2014, they attended the same institution and earned a Diploma in Management, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as ITIL Foundation V4 from PeopleCert in June 2021, ITIL Intermediate - OSA from PEOPLECERT in February 2016, and ITIL Foundation V3 from EXIN in June 2009.
