Andrew Austen is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in community management, client success, and content creation. Currently serving as the Community Manager and Client Success Manager at The Ideal Life and as a content creator for various social media platforms focused on adaptive athletes, Andrew has also held significant roles such as the Paddock Experience Team Zone Lead for the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, Manager of Corporate Sponsorships and Events at Pickleball4America, and Transaction Management Coordinator at CBRE. Additional experience includes a tenure as a private academic and athletic advisor, coaching roles in basketball and baseball, and internships that laid the groundwork for Andrew's leadership and operational skills. Andrew holds a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the College of Charleston.
