Mark Congdon

Mark R. Congdon is an experienced professional in the logistics and management sectors, currently serving as Founder and CEO of The Ideal Life since June 2020. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of President at James River Carriers from April 2018 to June 2020 and served as Vice President of Operations at One World Shippers Association from February 2014 to April 2018. Mark's earlier career includes various roles at American Global Logistics, including Director of Trade, Key Account Executive, and Global Sales Executive, and positions at Expeditors, where responsibilities encompassed District Sales Executive, Account Manager, and Customs Brokerage Agent. Earlier experience also includes roles at Dominion Dedicated Services as Logistics Account Manager and Log Auditor/Rental Fleet Manager. Mark holds a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard Extension School and holds two degrees from Clemson University, including a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Management.
