Mary Ann Cappetto has a diverse background in training, underwriting, and project management, with over 20 years of experience in the insurance and training sectors. Currently working as a Schedule of Benefits Analyst I at The IHC Group since January 2013, Mary Ann has previously held roles including Site Trainer at Vangent, where over 600 call center agents were trained for the 2010 Census, and Senior Medical Underwriter at AGIA, responsible for underwriting Health, Life, Disability, and Business Overhead applications. Additionally, Mary Ann has extensive experience at Insurers Administrative Corporation, starting as an Underwriter and advancing to Project Manager over a 14-year tenure. Mary Ann is currently seeking new opportunities in Training and Learner Development. Education was completed at Northwestern High School from 1964 to 1967.
