Joe Balzano is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in facilities management. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at The In & Out (Naval and Military Club) since January 2019, Joe oversees all statutory engineering requirements and ensures the building's upkeep through planned preventive maintenance programs and daily tasks. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Assistant Chief Engineer at Maybourne Hotel Group from August 2009 to December 2018, where management responsibilities included leading a team of 14 engineers to maintain the renowned five-star hotel, encompassing various specialized roles such as French Polishers and Decorators.
