Justin M. Gibson

Justin M. Gibson, Sr., MBA, CDP serves as the Director of Development for the Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati Foundation and holds the position of Senior Consultant at The Inclusion Firm, where the focus is on developing inclusive organizational strategies. Previously, at the University of Cincinnati Alumni Association, Justin developed and implemented diversity outreach programs to enhance alumni engagement and built relationships within various alumni networks. Experience also includes roles at Hobsons and the University of Cincinnati, where responsibilities encompassed account management, academic advising, and enhancing student services. Justin earned a Doctor of Education in Urban Educational Leadership, a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Leadership, and an MBA in Management, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and Indiana Wesleyan University.
