Naomi Olson, PhD, is an experienced consultant specializing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with a diverse background in education and organizational development. Currently serving as a Consultant at The Inclusive Leadership Institute and a Global Cultural Skills Consultant and Program Designer at Berlitz Corporation, Naomi designs and facilitates DEI programming. Additional roles include Senior Associate Consultant at The Lindsay Group Co, where Naomi designs anti-oppressive dialogic sessions and conducts qualitative research. As a Senior Research Analyst for Culturally Intelligent Training & Consulting, Naomi develops DEI solutions, and previous experience as a DEI Research Analyst at Aperian Global involved researching global diversity issues. Naomi's academic credentials include a PhD in Slavic Languages and Literatures from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a strong teaching background, including roles as an Affiliate Professor and Director of Study Abroad at Regis University.
