Tom Adams

Tom Adams is a versatile designer with extensive experience across various roles in the design and creative industries. Currently a Freelance Designer at Shapeshift Design since November 2020, Tom also contributes as a Set Designer, Set Builder, Experience Creator, Sound Technician, and Actor at The Inconvenience Store since July 2024. Prior experience includes working as an Industrial Design Engineer and Project Manager at Allen & Heath from April 2022 to September 2024, and serving as a Multidisciplinary Designer at The Concept Shed, where Tom helped create an interactive installation for the Royal Cornwall Museum. A first-class graduate in Product Design & Technology from Loughborough University, Tom gained initial design experience as a Design Draughtsman and Junior Design Engineer at Conttego Ltd during an internship. Additionally, Tom has unique experience as a Ski Instructor with Hokkaido Tourism Management and educational background from The Thomas Hardye School.
