Bernadette Gilmore has extensive experience in education, serving as the Director of Academic Innovation at The Independence School since August 1994, where responsibilities include overseeing curriculum and academic initiatives for approximately 500 students from age 3 to grade 8. Previously, Bernadette held the position of Head of Lower School, managing over 20 faculty members and daily operations for 400 students.
