Yael Dall

Yael Dall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and ethics operations, currently serving as the Head of Group Ethics Operations at Discovery Limited since March 1999. Yael has held various roles within Discovery Limited, including Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Manager, and HR & Training Manager, along with service management positions in call center operations. In addition to current work with Discovery, Yael is a Committee Member for the IRBA Investigations Committee and serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer for the EPA - Ethics Practitioners' Association. With academic credentials from Stellenbosch University, including a Masters in Philosophy specializing in Applied Ethics, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UNISA, Yael possesses a strong educational background to support a robust career in ethics and human resource management.
