Sam Brown has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as the Director of Food Services at Wheeler Mission Ministries since September 2017. In addition, Sam has been the Executive Chef at The Indiana Rail Road Company since August 2008 and has held a position at Ivy Tech Community College at the Indianapolis North Meridian Campus since January 2002. Educationally, Sam is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa, Canada, completing studies from 2000 to 2001.
