Shae LeDune has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Regulatory Compliance at The Indiana Rail Road Company since May 2009, with a progressive career path that includes roles as Assistant Vice President, Director, Manager, HR Generalist, and Executive Assistant. In addition, Shae was a member of the Board for Agave, the Eiteljorg museum's young professional network, from October 2014 to December 2019, contributing to the local arts community. Furthermore, Shae served as Head Coach for the Westfield Youth Soccer Association from January 2009 to June 2013. Educationally, Shae holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Administration from Indiana State University, completed in 2008.
