Tanya Searcy

Tanya Searcy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Hanover College, graduating in 1998. As of January 2024, Tanya serves as the Chief Relationship Officer at the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP) and is the Principal Owner of Ostara Strategies since March 2023. Previously, Tanya's roles include Senior Director of Public Affairs at The AES Corporation, and Director of Community Relations at AES Indiana, with a tenure at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra encompassing positions such as Director of Development and Director of Corporate Partnerships. Earlier experience includes the Associate Director of Corporate and Foundation Partnerships, Telecommunications Manager at Entercom, and various sales roles at NUVO Magazine.
