Jennifer Krapp is a seasoned hospitality professional currently serving as the Head of Restaurant Operations at The Indigo Road Hospitality Group since January 2022. With extensive experience in restaurant management and operations, Jennifer operated JK Restaurant & Event Consulting for over fourteen years, successfully staffing and organizing major events, including the Mercedes Masters Experience. As the Director of Restaurant Openings and Training/Development at The Indigo Road Restaurant Group, Jennifer was instrumental in launching 14 new restaurants and enhancing operations for existing ones. Previous roles include Operations and Logistics Manager at Atlanta Event Center at Opera, where over $2.1 million in sales was achieved for private events, and Dining Room Director at Canoe Restaurant, where Jennifer managed a $500k budget and a team of 75 staff members.
