Katharine Ames

Katharine Ames currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer at The Indigo Road Hospitality Group since February 2021, having previously held the position of Director of Marketing. Prior experience includes roles as Media Relations Specialist at HUFF & Co. from 2019 to February 2021, and Vice President of Public Relations at Phase 3 Marketing and Communications from November 2014 to December 2017, where the company offers comprehensive marketing services. Earlier, Katharine held the position of Public Relations Director at Phase 3 Marketing & Communications from August 2009 to October 2014. Additional experience includes serving as an Associate at HVS from September 2006 to February 2009 and a Public Relations Intern at The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island in mid-2005. Katharine Ames earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Media Studies, as well as Corporate Communication, Public Relations, and Hospitality & Tourism Management from the College of Charleston between 2002 and 2006.
