Currently, Jim serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Industrial Service Group and the Chairman of Richard Enterprises, LLC, where strategic advisory services are provided to enhance small to middle market companies. Jim's previous positions include founding and leading Industrial Service Solutions, where significant growth and diversification were achieved, and serving as President of Horsburgh & Scott Service, overseeing strategic repositioning during economic challenges. With a strong foundation in sales and operations from roles at Rexnord and Invensys, coupled with a robust educational background in Construction Engineering & Management from Purdue University and Florida International University, Jim has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive value and operational excellence across various organizations.
