Andrew Busby

Andrew Busby has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Andrew is currently working as a Retail Consultant at Redline Retail Consulting, where they focus on writing and speaking services. Prior to this, they were a Strategy Lead at The Industrious. Andrew has also served as an Advisory Board member at IORMA and EMAP, and as the Founder of The Retail Advisory Board. Andrew Busby is also an accomplished author and has written a book titled "Harry Was Right All Along", which explores the changing landscape of the retail industry. Andrew founded Retail Reflections, an analyst organization that provides content and keynote speaking services in the retail field. Additionally, Andrew has held roles as the Global Industry Leader Retail at Software AG and IBM Social Commerce Futurist at IBM. Andrew is also a Co-Founder of SafePrem Solutions.

Andrew Busby completed their education in Business at The Open University. Andrew has also obtained several certifications, including the Software AG Immersion 2023 Program, Software AG Sales Excellence Competency Foundation Badge, Software AG Engage² Framework Competency Foundation, Software AG Go To Market Onboarding Competency Badge, and the Shoptalk Europe Retail Education Certificate.
