Niclas Nibbe

Niclas Nibbe is an experienced information security and IT professional currently serving as the Information Security Lead at The Information Lab Deutschland since September 2018, where responsibilities include establishing an information security management system (ISMS) in line with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. Previous roles include IT Consultant, aiding businesses in implementing Business Intelligence solutions, and System Administrator, managing Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure. Prior experience includes technical operations at Interorient Shipmanagement, supporting vessel management and compliance with international regulations, and a shipping clerk apprenticeship that provided practical experience in ship management. Niclas also has a background in the culinary field as a confectioner and pastry chef. Niclas holds a Master of Science in Informatik from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, where studies are ongoing, and previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a qualification in Commercial Ship Management.
