Katya Stepanov has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Katya is the CEO and Co-Founder of The Inheritance Project, where they facilitate innovative DEI programs. As the Co-Founder of Rebis Immersive, they specialize in writing, directing, and producing interactive stories. Katya has also worked as an actress, represented by Wolf Talent Group, and has credits in popular TV shows. In their role as a Game Producer at The Go Game, they designed and facilitated team-building experiences. Katya also taught yoga classes at Y7 Studio, becoming a better mindfulness teacher and facilitator. Additionally, they have worked as an event coordinator, assistant creative director, and director of HR at VR World NYC. Katya has experience as an actress at the Laboratory of Global Politics and Performance and as a production designer for The Wild Honey Pie. Katya'searlier roles include acting at Barrington Stage Company and Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park.
Katya Stepanov attended Fair Lawn High School from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on General Studies. After completing their high school education, they attended Carnegie Mellon University from 2009 to 2013. Katya earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Acting during their time at Carnegie Mellon University. In addition to their formal education, Katya Stepanov obtained a certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher from Yoga Alliance in November 2015.
