Lisa Kozakova

Lisa Kozakova's work experience includes various roles in the hospitality industry. Lisa is currently a Revenue Manager at The Inn Collection Group since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at The Feversham Arms Hotel from 2013 to 2021, where they served as a Business Development Manager, responsible for marketing, revenue management, and presenting performance analyses to the board. Lisa also served as a Spa Manager at the same hotel from 2013 to 2016, where they focused on growing sales and marketing the spa.

Before joining The Feversham Arms Hotel, Lisa worked at Cedar Court Grand Hotel & Spa from 2011 to 2013, where they held the positions of Revenue Manager and Spa & Leisure Manager. In these roles, they managed the events team, implemented sales incentives and targets, and achieved awards for the spa.

Lisa's earlier experience includes working as a Spa Manager at Feversham Arms Hotel from 2007 to 2011, and as a Food & Beverage Supervisor at The Gleneagles Hotel from 2005 to 2007.

Lisa Kozakova pursued their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Nottingham, from the year 2001 to 2004. Later, they attended Leeds Beckett University for their Masters degree in International Hospitality Management, from 2004 to 2005.
