Jeff Kilpatrick

Jeff Kilpatrick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, management, and financial oversight across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as a Partner and Principal at The Innova Group since September 2022, Jeff previously held multiple leadership roles at Kaufman Hall, including Managing Director and Senior Vice President. With a strong focus on multihospital systems and pediatric hospitals, Jeff's background includes overseeing clinical programs at Loyola University Health System, strategic planning at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, and managing significant projects at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Additionally, Jeff has experience in process improvement and organizational change from roles at Civic Consulting Alliance and Booz Allen Hamilton. Jeff holds an MBA in Finance and a Master's in Public Policy from the University of Michigan, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
