Michael Cook, MHA, AICP, serves as a Managing Partner at The Innova Group since September 2006, providing consultancy to senior healthcare leaders in decision-making and capital utilization. Cook has a strong analytical background and has contributed to developing the service line Make Versus Buy Analysis methodology and a public sector economic analysis approach. Previously, Cook had a distinguished twenty-year career in the U.S. Army, assuming various roles and retiring as Chief of Resource Management for the Western Regional Medical Command. Cook holds a Master’s degree in Health/Health Care Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the same institution.
