Joona Karijoki

Joona Karijoki currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at The Innovation Company® since September 2023, focusing on cosmetic raw materials. Previous roles include Head of Finance France at Urb-it from September 2021 to August 2023, and Corporate Development Director at FABERNOVEL from February 2018 to February 2021, with responsibilities in M&A within France. Joona has also held positions as CFO/COO, overseeing financial and operational management in both France and the USA, and as Operations Manager at The Innovation Company® from January 2016 to February 2018, where operations were scaled worldwide. Additional experience includes serving as Financial Controller at Fnac from July 2014 to December 2015, concentrating on budgeting and cost controlling. Joona's educational background includes an MSc in Finance and Management from Cranfield School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, complemented by international experiences in Spain and China.
