Marelize Smit

Marelize Smit is an experienced professional currently serving as an Innovation Accountant at The Innovation Consulting Company since September 2022 and as an Administration Specialist at STACK Administration Services since August 2018. Previously, Marelize worked at Sygnia Asset Management as a Portfolio Manager and Head of Quants from July 2015 to March 2018. Prior to that, a significant tenure was spent at RisCura from October 2009 to June 2015, where roles included Head of Operations, Operations Manager, Senior Analyst, and Quantitative Analyst. Marelize holds a B Com Statistics Honours degree and a B Com Economic Science degree from Stellenbosch University and completed Matric at Helpmekaar College.
