Ashley Gray

Ashley Gray has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2012, Ashley worked as an Event Administrative Assistant at Leisure Support Services during the London Olympics. In 2013, they joined Levy Restaurants as a Sales & Event Coordinator at Earls Court & Olympia. Ashley's responsibilities included speaking with prospective clients and upselling food and beverage options for events, conferences, and stands. In 2014, Ashley became a Senior Sales Executive at Cantaloupe Group, before transitioning to roles as a Sales and Event Manager at Novus Leisure and Head of Events & Sales at Brasserie Blanc. From 2017 to 2019, Ashley worked as an Account Manager at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and then served as the Head of Food and Beverage Sales at The Langham, London.
