Ben Pipe

Ben Pipe has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Ben started their career in 2008 at the National Trust, where they worked as an Assistant Catering Manager and later as an Events & Functions Coordinator. Ben then joined P&O Cruises in 2011 as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. In 2012, they returned to the National Trust as a Food & Beverage Manager, responsible for operational management and budgeting. In 2014, they became the Food and Beverage Manager at another property within the National Trust, focusing on the success and profitability of the catering outlet. From 2015 to 2016, Ben worked as the Property Operations Manager at the National Trust, overseeing the management of multiple properties and handling key stakeholder relationships. In 2017, they joined Aramark Northern Europe as a Facilities Service Coordinator and later became an EMEA Retail Financial Analyst. Currently, Ben is employed at The Instant Group, holding roles such as Client Services Coordinator, Regional Manager of Operations, Senior Manager of Operations, and Associate Director of Operations. In 2022, they were appointed as the Director of Operations in Facilities Management and Workspace at The Instant Group.
