Ricky Cosgrove has a diverse background in sales operations, business strategy, and commercial management. Ricky has held various leadership positions in well-known companies such as The Instant Group, Indeed.com, and Airbnb. Ricky's most recent role was as the Global Director of Sales Operation & Performance at The Instant Group, a position they began in May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Sales Operations, EMEA & APAC at Indeed.com from July 2021 to February 2023. Ricky's experience also includes roles at Salesforce, Symantec, Brandtone, Vodafone, AIB Merchant Services, and The Citco Group Limited.
