Kiana Dillard

Kiana Dillard is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education, business, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Work Based Learning Program Coordinator at The Institute for Advanced Learning and Research, Kiana connects students with career opportunities and collaborates with local businesses to implement work-based learning programs. As the owner of Mua-LaLa, LLC, Kiana developed curriculums and substantially increased revenue through effective marketing strategies. Previous roles at Patrick & Henry Community College included directing an after-school program and serving as an adjunct instructor, where Kiana facilitated workshops and supported students’ academic success. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a strong foundation in customer service, Kiana has demonstrated expertise in team collaboration and community partnerships throughout various positions, including as an Energy Efficiency Analyst and Customer Account Executive.
