Chemi Chemi

Chemi Chemi, MPH has extensive work experience in the healthcare and social advocacy fields. Their most recent role is Program Director of Health Home Care Management at The Institute for Family Health, where they oversee care management programs. Prior to this, they served as Associate Director of Health Home Care Management and Care Management Coordinator at the same organization. Chemi also has experience as a Consultant at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors and as a Research Data Associate at NYU Langone Health. They have a strong background in social advocacy, having served as a Fellow at The Opportunity Network and an Intern at HealthRight International. Chemi has also participated in various educational programs, including the International Honors Program: Health and Community at World Learning and the Traditional Medicine and Healthcare Practices Program in India. Additionally, they have held positions as a Peer Mentor at the Transformative Speaking Program at Hampshire College, a Doula at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, and a Hope Institute Fellow at the Democratic National Committee.

Chemi Chemi, MPH completed their Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Policy and Management at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Hampshire College from 2013 to 2017, focusing on Public Policy and Women's Access to Reproductive Healthcare. Chemi Chemi also possesses a High School Diploma from the International High School at Prospect Heights (Brooklyn, NY), which they obtained from 2009 to 2013.
