Mercedes Sensel

Mercedes Sensel is a seasoned professional in social work and mental health, currently serving as Associate Regional Director and Program Director at The Institute for Family Health since July 2022. In addition, Mercedes operates a private psychotherapy practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since June 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Social Work Supervisor and Intake Coordinator, as well as Social Worker at the Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services from May 2013 to July 2022. Mercedes holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from New York University and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Psychology from Columbia University.
