Rebecca McGinley

Rebecca McGinley has extensive experience in health information technology, primarily within The Institute for Family Health since August 2009. As the Health Information Technology Epic Manager, Rebecca leads a team of trainers and analysts across various Epic applications, fostering teamwork through structured monthly meetings. Previous roles include Epic Practice Application Lead and Psychosocial Epic Analyst, where Rebecca supported teams, implemented change management processes, and developed custom functionalities for the psychosocial department. Earlier career highlights include managing medical case management services for individuals living with HIV and serving as a Family Service Specialist II at the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services. Rebecca holds a Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Work from Fordham University.
