Valerie Deraville has a diverse work experience in various roles. Valerie started their career as an Aquatics Coordinator at Metro YMCA of the Oranges in 2010, and later worked as an Administrative & Community Outreach Intern at Shirley Home for the Aged, Inc in 2011. In 2009, Valerie interned at Juniata College in both Institutional Research and Human Resources roles. Valerie then served as a Program Director at the Metro YMCA of the Oranges from 2012 to 2016. From 2015 to 2018, Valerie worked as a Program Director at Somerset County YMCA. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Innovation at The Institute for Family Health, starting in July 2018.
