Stephanie Sharkey

Stephanie Sharkey has a diverse work experience in event management and administrative roles. Stephanie started their career as an Event Service Manager at Bally's/Paris Las Vegas Convention Services in 2005. Stephanie then worked as the Manager of Merchandise & Ticketing for the Las Vegas Wranglers Professional Hockey team from 2005 to 2008. In 2008, they joined the California Independent Petroleum Association as an Events Assistant. Later, they became the Certification Program Manager & Administrative Assistant at the California Landscape Contractors Association from 2008 to 2012. Stephanie then worked at Profit Mastery as a Meeting Planner & Administrative Assistant in 2013. In the same year, they joined The Institute for Functional Medicine, where they held various roles including Conference Coordinator, Conference Supervisor, Manager of Conferences & Sponsorship, Chief of Staff, and currently, the Chief Operating Officer.

Stephanie Sharkey holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University, where they majored in Physical Education and minored in Business. Stephanie also obtained a certification in Technical Meeting & Event Production from the Event Leadership Institute in September 2018. Additionally, Stephanie has received certifications in various coaching and performance management techniques from Archbright.
