Erika Proudan is an accomplished Senior Embryologist with extensive experience in the field of reproductive medicine. Currently at the IRMS Institute for Reproductive Medicine since July 2021, Erika previously held a similar position at CFNYC from September 2017 to June 2021, and worked as an Embryologist at SIRM NJ from 2005 to 2016. Expertise includes oocyte retrieval, ICSI fertilization, embryo development analysis, embryo transfer, and various sperm processing techniques. Erika holds a Medical Doctor degree from Uzhgorod State University in Ukraine, completed between 1981 and 1988.
