Christopher Senesi is a Transportation Asset Management Advisory Lead at HDR. Prior to this, Christopher (Chris) was an Infrastructure Asset and Risk Management Consultant at WSP USA. Christopher (Chris) also co-founded Empactr, a technology company, and served as Co-Founder & Board Member of ALLY Youth Services. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University.
