Dr Charles Mugaviri

Dr Charles Mugaviri is the Founder and Chairman of LASOF Leadership Institute and President for Africa at Certified Coaches Federation. Dr Charles also serves as a Leadership Master Class Coach at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe. In addition, Dr Charles works as a Career and Leadership Coach at Joshua Nkomo Scholarship Fund and Executive Leadership Coach at various organizations including Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, First Mutual Life, Schweppes Zimbabwe Ltd, and Lafarge Cement Zimbabwe. Dr Mugaviri also served as an Acting Dean Of Students at the University of Zimbabwe and as an Executive Leadership Coach for Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) Official.
