Dr Charles also serves as a Leadership Master Class Coach at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe. In addition, Dr Charles works as a Career and Leadership Coach at Joshua Nkomo Scholarship Fund and Executive Leadership Coach at various organizations including Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, First Mutual Life, Schweppes Zimbabwe Ltd, and Lafarge Cement Zimbabwe. Dr Mugaviri also served as an Acting Dean Of Students at the University of Zimbabwe and as an Executive Leadership Coach for Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) Official.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ) is the longest established and largest Zimbabwean professional accountancy organization. It was set up on 11 January 1918 and is a statutory body incorporated in terms of the Chartered Accountants Act [Chapter 27:02]. It is a leading professional membership organization that promotes and develops the accountancy profession in Zimbabwe.
