Angela Alexander

Angela Alexander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fundraising, development, and community engagement within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Volunteer Regional Vice President for Scotland at The Institute of Development Professionals in Education (IDPE) and the Director of Development at ESMS, Angela leads fundraising initiatives, alumni relations, and strategic planning. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Held In Our Hearts, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and strategic direction for a charity focused on bereavement support, and International Funding Director at Refugees International Japan, managing a portfolio of refugee support projects. Angela's contributions extend to several boards and committees, including as a Board Trustee at Queensferry Churches' Care in the Community and a member of the OSCR Charities' Reference Group.
