Donna Cole

Donna Cole is an experienced publishing and content professional with over 20 years in the industry, specializing in educational and academic publishing. Currently serving as Technical Content Editor at The Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade, Donna leads the development of guidance for the Northern Ireland Customs & Trade Academy. In addition, Donna works as Marketing and Publicity Lead for ebrain, oversees publishing as Publishing Manager at NCETM, and previously held editorial and managerial roles at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, Wiley-Blackwell, and Folens Publishers. Donna holds an M. Phil in Publishing Studies from Stirling University and an MA in English from the University of Glasgow.
