Terry Scuoler CBE is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of Independent Economics, The Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade, and Talent Retention Solutions, Scuoler focuses on enhancing the profile and strategic missions of these organizations. Previous positions include Manufacturing Sector Policy Advisor at Santander UK and Chief Executive of EEF, where Scuoler represented over 5,000 UK companies. A former Managing Director at Ferranti Technologies Ltd, Scuoler successfully turned around the company's performance. Early career experience includes senior executive roles at BAeSystems Plc and a sales management position at AMEC Plc.
