Albert R. Counselman

Albert R. "Skip" Counselman has held significant leadership roles across various organizations since 1972, including currently serving as Chairman at RCM&D and as a Trustee and former Chairman at The Institutes. Counselman has experience in the banking and healthcare sectors, having served as Chairman and Director at Carrollton Bank, as well as in various capacities at Ascension Health and St Agnes HealthCare. In addition, Counselman was a Trustee and former Chairman of the Maryland Hospital Association. Transitioning from military service as an LT in the US Navy, Counselman earned a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
