Claire Neilson Noble

Claire Neilson Noble is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal and public affairs communications across various organizations. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Lead at the Institution of Civil Engineers since January 2024, Claire develops and implements internal communication strategies while leading engagement activities. Previous roles include Internal Communications Manager at Capita and Mondelēz International, where Claire significantly improved internal communications engagement and coordinated responses to key issues such as Brexit. Earlier career highlights include consulting at Lexington Communications and advising the Confederation of British Industry on parliamentary engagement, as well as a role as Parliamentary Assistant to an MEP. Claire holds a Master of Arts in European Politics from the University of Leeds and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Politics and European Studies from the University of Liverpool.
