Lee then moved on to the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in 2002, where they worked as a Managing Editor until 2010. In 2010, they joined the Institution of Structural Engineers as a Managing Editor and later became the Head of Publishing in 2014. Lee's expertise lies in managing and overseeing the editorial process in the publishing industry.
Lee Baldwin earned a BA(Hons) degree in English Studies with Human Geography from Cheltenham & Gloucester College of Higher Education in 1998. Later, in 2000, Lee attended West Herts College and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Publishing Studies.
