Kim Beckman

Kim (Ness) Beckman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client success, human resources, and operations management. Currently serving as a Client Success Specialist at The Insurance Center since March 2021, Kim has also been an Adjunct Instructor and Human Resources Business Partner at Minnesota State College Southeast since January 2018. Previous roles include Corporate Recruiter at River States Truck and Trailer and Corporate Benefits Support Manager at The Insurance Center, where responsibilities included managing employee benefits and maintaining client relationships. Over a substantial tenure at Benefits Design Group, Inc., Kim administered flexible spending accounts, recruited and trained staff, managed payroll processing, and contributed to various operational and financial initiatives. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Viterbo University.
