Adetayo Sanusi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2000, Adetayo began as an Analyst at MBC International Bank Plc. In 2005, Adetayo joined Forest City Enterprises, where they held various positions including MBA Intern in Strategic Planning & Investment, Financial Analyst in the Information Technology Group, Senior Financial Analyst in the Corporate Controllers Group, and Manager of Finance & Development in Real Estate Services. In 2014, Adetayo joined Integral Group where they served as an Asset Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and currently hold the position of Vice President. Throughout their career, Adetayo has demonstrated expertise in finance, development, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
Adetayo Sanusi pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Business Management from Obafemi Awolowo University from 1994 to 2000. Later, from 2003 to 2005, Adetayo attended Cleveland State University where they earned an MBA degree specializing in Finance.

These investments encompass a diverse mix of property types including residential, retail, office and hospitality in high-barrier, urban markets. Property Management A full-service property and asset management company, its leadership employs thoughtful, economically viable solutions to create communities that enhance the fabric of residents’ lives, while providing a return on investment for owners and developers. Construction Integral’s construction operates under two independent affiliates, IBG Construction Services, a residential builder and IntegralGude, a full service program management, construction management and operations & maintenance firm.
