The Intelligence Circle™ is an independent global executive community and think tank dedicated to advancing responsible AI adoption, governance, and organisational intelligence.

We bring together senior executives, HR and People leaders, academics, researchers, and AI practitioners who are shaping how organisations integrate artificial intelligence into leadership, workforce transformation, and business strategy.

We believe AI transformation is not a technology challenge—it is a leadership challenge. The most valuable insights emerge from leaders actively implementing AI within their organisations and sharing practical experience with their peers.

Our mission is to help organisations evolve beyond AI adoption towards becoming truly Intelligent Organisations™—where human capability, responsible AI, and organisational intelligence work together to create sustainable business value.

The Intelligence Circle convenes executive roundtables, publishes original research and Intelligence Briefs, facilitates strategic dialogue, and develops practical frameworks that enable organisations to adopt AI responsibly, ethically, and at scale.

As an independent community, we operate without vendor influence or sponsored agendas. Every conversation, publication, and initiative is guided by one principle: advancing the profession through evidence, collaboration, and responsible innovation.

Membership is by invitation and designed for leaders committed to shaping the future of work, leadership, and intelligent organisations.
