Craig Byrnes has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Government Relations for Pierpont Communications. In 2010, they took on the role of Events Manager for CGPM. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Vice President of Intelligence Solutions for Golf Tournament Caddies. In 2014, they became the Webmaster & ICT Specialist for FAO Association and the Director of Operations for Human Domain Solutions, LLC. In 2015, they worked as a Contractor for BKM Global Enterprises, LLC. During their time in these roles, Craig Byrnes was responsible for tasks such as overseeing employee productivity, researching and implementing new directives for business growth, developing and implementing guidelines for employee evaluations, maintaining company IT infrastructure, debugging web server and database performance, maintaining expert knowledge of surveillance and counterintelligence tradecraft, program management/contract management, threat mitigation, strategic capture, and liaising with departmental heads to develop financial plans.

Craig Byrnes received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science and Government from the University of Houston between 2001 and 2009. In 2005, they obtained a Real Estate certification from the Champions School of Real Estate, specializing in Texas Real Estate Law and Contracts. In 2007, they obtained two certifications from the University of Houston: Certified Entrepreneur and Certified Intrapreneur. Finally, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Intelligence Studies and Strategic Intelligence from American Military University between 2010 and 2014.
