Peyton Shields is a Co-Founder at The Interface since June 2025 and previously served as a Quantitative Developer at Citadel from August 2023 to July 2025. Peyton has extensive experience in software engineering, with positions held at Five Rings, BCG GAMMA, General Motors, Real Random LLC, and the Inter-American Development Bank. Educationally, Peyton earned a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completing this degree in May 2023, and holds an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, as well as Mathematics from the same institution, graduating in 2022.
