Prior roles include Leidinggevende Horeca at Foodexplore, Stagiaire backoffice at ROC Midden Nederland, and Eerste medewerker at Restaurant Vandaag, among others. Asli has pursued academic qualifications at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, working toward a Bachelor in Juridische opleiding, and obtained a Niveau 4 degree in Facilitair management from ROC Midden Nederland.
