Kristina Klimovich

Kristina Klimovich is an experienced professional in the energy efficiency and sustainable building sectors. Currently serving as a Programme Officer at the International Energy Agency (IEA), Kristina has previously held significant roles at GNE Finance, including Head of Advisory and Consulting and Head of Communications and Marketing, where initiatives like EuroPACE were launched. With experience as a Fellow at PACENation and in director-level positions focusing on communications and market research, Kristina has promoted innovative financing mechanisms such as Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE). Additional roles include Senior Manager at Buildings 2030 and consultancy work for the European Climate Foundation. Kristina holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from the University of Alaska Southeast.
